The Loft Inn acts only as an agent for vendors and service providers (Provider) and as such, it is not liable for any loss, injury, death, accident or damage sustained in the course of availing the indicated services.
In the event of any delay or suspension, it is the responsibility of the Provider to take the necessary remedial action to address the same and its consequences.
Additional expenses incurred due to delay, suspension, accidents and local conditions must be borne by the guest.
If a change is to be made in the contents of the room accommodation availed at the request of the guest, the guests must bear a cancellation fee, a penalty to be paid to accommodation facilities, etc., when canceling the arrangements already completed, as well as any other cost required for the change in the arrangements, and pay to the Company a fee for procedures for making a change prescribed by the Company. Any increase or reduction in the hotel fee resulting from the change in the contents of the room accommodation concerned shall be attributed to the guests.
Changes by You
If you wish to change your booking with The Loft Inn in any way and we can accept the change, we reserve the right to charge 500 pesos or more per person, per amendment provided that your instructions are provided in writing, and are received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled departure.
Please note that rates, fees or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund or change.
There are NO REFUNDS for unused hotels. In case you have to withdraw from room accommodation after it has begun due to any reasons, we regret that we will not be able to make any refund for absences from the reservation made. Cancellations given less than 29 days before arrival are non-refundable. No refund shall be given in the event of a ‘no show’ or a shortened stay made by customers choice.
The Loft Inn is an independent company to market and distribute hotel room products offered on this website or on any social media. The Loft Inn makes arrangements with third-party vendors for accommodations, including lodging. All certificates and other travel documents for services issued by The Loft Inn are subject to the Terms & Conditions specified by the supplier, which are available upon request, and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied. By using our services, the customer waives any claim against The Loft Inn its subsidiaries or affiliates, and any of such party's officers, directors, agents, contractors, or employees, and expressly agrees that neither The Loft Inn nor any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors or employees, shall be held liable for:
